How do I accomplish this?  I begin by personally processing your mortgage loan application  from beginning to end (close).  Once you have  completed the application at my site,  I am immediately notified of your request.   I will  contact you to verifiy your information  at which point I will begin  working on your  application and within  minutes  you will receive your Good Faith Estimate.  If you're agreeable on the cost and terms, we get started.  I will send you a list of documents needed by the lender to finalize the loan process and close. 

From application to pre-qualification, this process takes a matter of hours.  From Application to close this process takes an average 30 days. 

You will have the ability to check on status through the Home Status Report on my site.  It is updated daily, so that you know of the progress being made on your loan application request. 

When the loan is ready for signing, you will be contacted to schedule your signing.  At that time it's just a matter of days til your new loan is closed and you can enjoy your new mortgage and savings.
