What makes a borrower choose a company? I would love to hear everyone's thoughts.

Are you looking for loans with Points? Are you needing low closing cost? Are you rate sensitive? What makes a borrower tick? Are you quickly swayed by the bate and switch? Or have you gone with a company and had bate and switch? Are you really getting a better rates with the points that you're paying? How long is it going to take to make up those points your paying?  Has your loan officer educated you on this?
